Team events, there get together meetings , having fun at work space is essential nitty gritty of modern office space .Gone are the days when employee have to do 9 to 5 job .Work is not only demanding now a days , but will take heart and soul of a employee
There is an old saying all work and no play will make the Johnny a dumb boy . Well here at my office..somebody can argue that we are doing more fun and play than work .
Yes we do and we don’t have any regrets …..Until unless it will fetch a greater bonds in the long run ….
Playing Cricket after office hours once in a week and enjoying each and every moment of team members achievements , Having lunch together , having outings together ….will not making our bonds stronger day by day but it will sure fetch long lasting results

Who can forget the great enthusiasm of Alex , his zeal of improving at ground …though what he is doing in office is still very hard to find out ….Though Jhonty is the nick name for him for his outstanding contribution in field ….A great Buddy to zest with and mind you .You can ‘t escape his aura …
Sakthi’ Anna yeah that’s what we used to call him ….Simplicity with hardworking skills , really motivate me to give my best in each and every thing I do …A great driving force at least for me , in Office as well as my personal life …really wants to inculcate his sayings and words of wisdom for wherever I go ..whatever I do

And last not the least the description of match with out , some hardcore cricketers …viz:Bala , Khalid , sunder , Krishna , dominic , ganesan is worth less
Sixes and fours are being played all over the ground .Though it’s not a ground at all , But talent is talent it should be praised in all forms .I hope they should be given a chance in Indian cricket team ..At least my fellow team members can able to understand the humour behind above

State Of Procrastination

Title may seem obsolete and bit out of the way , what i am going to write over here ,Title Doesn’t matter is it ....No of course not ....But i think it do for me

When i thought that i will spend my time like i am doing now , no never . Blueprint made , Cigarettes smoked , Plan executed and terminated in between , But Dreams of march towards my goal never seems to exhausts
To great extent its good , …………… meetings Planned ,Guidance Seeked , Books read , Plans Discussed ,But one thing always used to pinch me , when i am going to Execute what i dreamt of

Some says..." have patience wait for the time it will to do it for you" , what the hell again same state of procrastination
Optimism found no limits for me , But Optimism beyond certain limits hinders your way of looking at certain things that may affect ur professional life .


Somebody says :"Living Risk less in life is the biggest risk in life"

Once upon a time I took a biggest risk of getting into this Technology ,It produces some unbelievable results , Money poured like any thing , ....But after that it becomes a lonely dreams for me , Blame it on my office life or some Screw and nuts of this Professional world which makes you a robot , as if when you don't works , you become rusty .Go to hell No body cares

But heights of optimism kept me alive , Kept my curiosity , and Fanned my flames on , But till how long
And I don't want some silly answers that be patient , everything will be on track .
Time Came Up to ignite my desire to Make a great move , and i have to pretty soon ,

Again a great plan Devised.....Oh nooo ..., This time Hopefully it will be executed successfully …Ha Height of Optimism

Pursued Vs Ensued

I always used to wonder what have to pursued and what have to be ensued ...Ohhh Please Not again
I always used to wobble around happiness , But things have been learnt in a bitter way than ever before ..One thing is for sure
Success Like Happiness cannot be pursued It must ensue , and it only does so as the intended side effect of one's personal dedication to a cause greater than oneself .

"Fascinating" .And i like the part of feeling good .To be honest I really wished i could stay under the covers .It would be so much better to be in dreamy (Hazy world )....Ha ..But Life is not like this ...Things will not be ensued automatically , For things have to happen we have to fan the flames of inner potential , have to set the priorities but not in the unhealthy and obessive way .

Things Can't be learnt in a better way than by having a bitter expreince ....
